These conditions apply to payments made to The Allana Group Pty Ltd (ABN 66 685 656 697), trading as Subhan Rental Services. They form part of the Rental Agreement.
1. Enquiries are free
Submitting an enquiry through this website requires no payment. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle and does not create a rental.
2. Booking confirmation payment
Where you proceed through the online booking flow, a booking confirmation payment of AUD $50.00 is required in order to reserve a vehicle. It is separate from the security bond and from weekly rent, and it is not a deposit on account of rent.
No reservation exists until that payment has been completed and verified by our payment provider. A vehicle is held for fifteen (15) minutes while you complete checkout. If payment is not completed within that period, the hold lapses and the vehicle returns to general availability.
3. Security bond
The security bond is payable before or at pickup. It is held as security, not as a fee, and is dealt with under clause 4 of the Rental Agreement.
4. Weekly rent
Rent is charged weekly in advance for the duration of the rental. If a payment is dishonoured, we may pass on the actual fee charged to us by our bank or payment provider, and no more. Rent that remains unpaid may lead to the rental being terminated under clause 11 of the Rental Agreement.
5. GST
The Allana Group Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged on any amount described in these conditions, and invoices we issue are not tax invoices for GST purposes.
6. Receipts
We issue a receipt for every payment. Please tell us promptly if you believe an amount has been charged in error, and we will investigate and correct it.
7. Refunds and your consumer rights
Refund eligibility for the booking confirmation payment is set out in the Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where a service is not supplied with due care and skill or is not fit for its disclosed purpose.
