These terms govern your use of subhanrentalservices.com. The site is operated by The Allana Group Pty Ltd (ABN 66 685 656 697), trading as Subhan Rental Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
These terms govern the website only. The hire of a vehicle is governed by the Rental Agreement, the Payment Conditions and the Cancellation Policy, each of which you accept separately before a booking is confirmed.
1. Using this site
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you submit an enquiry or a booking request, not to submit a request on behalf of another person without the authority of that person, not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with, probe, scrape or place automated load on the site or the booking system.
2. Listings, pricing and availability
Weekly rates, security bond amounts, minimum terms and availability shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are indicative only. They are confirmed when we accept your booking. Images may show a representative example of a model rather than the individual vehicle you receive.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry or a booking request does not create a rental contract and does not reserve a vehicle. A rental contract is formed only when we confirm it in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
3. Accounts
You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms.
4. Intellectual property
Text, photography, video, layout and design on this site are owned by us or used by us under licence. You may view and print material from the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt, publish or distribute it without our prior written permission.
5. Third party links
This site may link to third party sites, including WhatsApp, Google and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law to the extent that it cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to that paragraph, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on indicative pricing, availability or vehicle information published on the site.
7. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date appear at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
